Cancellations and changes

Cancellations:
Cancellations should be received in writing by e-mail to the registration office, latest June 1, 2008. The cancellation fee is SEK 600. There will be no refund for cancellation received after this date.

Change of name:
If you are unabel to attend, your registration can be transferred to a colleauge within your own organization. An administration fee of SEK 1200 and an invoice fee of SEK 350 will then be charged. Please inform the registration office by e-mail latest June 16 and then you will get more information of how to do a change of name.

All changes received after this date, can only be made on-site at the venue when the conference starts.
