Registration information

Attendance is by registration only. Those who have an accepted paper are required to go through registration which is done online via this website together with payment.

Registration fees

The SWAT conference fee for delegates include

• admission to the conference

• a copy of the conference proceedings

• daily coffee and lunches

• City Hall reception and banquet dinner

An accompanying person can optionally register for

• City Hall reception - free of charge

• banquet dinner- additional cost of SEK 875

Please note that the fee for accompanying person does not include admission to the sessions.

  Early Late 

The conference fee includes V.A.T. of 20 % of the gross amount in accordance with the Swedish tax legislation. Information about Refund of value added tax to foreign companies could be found at ‘Skatteverket’, VAT Refunds for Foreign Entrepreneurs

Additional information

• Participant applying for student fee will be asked to show a proof of their student statues (the university identity card) on-site.

• Last date for early registration is June 2, 2008
